What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a price, a guarantee length, a certification or a study reference on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us. Include the page and what you believe the correct information is, and we will check it against the manufacturer's own published terms.
- Questions about a review. If something in a review is unclear, or you want to know why we scored a product the way we did, ask.
- Editorial complaints. If you think something here reads as marketing rather than a review, we would rather hear it than not.
What we cannot help with
We do not sell the products we review, and we cannot access your order. We are an independent review site, not the manufacturer or the retailer.
For anything about an order you placed — shipping, tracking, refunds, cancellations, or a problem with the product itself — you need to contact the seller's own customer support directly, using the contact details on the order confirmation or the official product site. We have no way to look up, change, refund or cancel an order, and writing to us will only delay you.
Medical questions
We cannot answer questions about whether a product is safe for you specifically, whether it interacts with your medication, or what dose you should take. Nobody writing for this site is a physician. Those questions belong with a healthcare provider who knows your history.
Brands and PR
We do not accept payment to publish a review, to raise a score, or to remove a criticism. We do use affiliate links, which is disclosed at the top of every page and explained on our About page. Pitches offering paid placement will not get a reply.
Response time
This is a small operation, so replies are not instant. Corrections get priority over everything else.
